My stay at Universal was an absolute delight, exceeding even my high standards. Not only did they provide top-notch ironing facilities to ensure my outfits were pristine, but the staff went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly. The room's heating and air conditioning were perfectly balanced, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The free tea and coffee facilities in the lobby were a lovely touch, complementing the stylish and well-appointed terrace. From the soundproofed rooms to the impeccable service at the Bar Restaurante Jordi, every detail was thoughtfully curated, making my experience truly exceptional.
